Communications Strategy

All these little thoughts are because you know your business would be better if you could just nail down exactly what to say, how to say it, and who to say it to.

How does it work?
Over a day, we’ll review all your current marketing communications activity. We’ll look at who does what, the frequency of your marketing communications, what’s working, and what we need to improve on.
Then, we’ll look at where we need to be, your plans for the year ahead and beyond, and how we get you there from a marketing communications perspective.
These sessions can be delivered one-on-one with the business owner, in a group with the senior team, or with the senior team and employees to obtain everyone’s views and input.
What happens next?
Using the learnings from the workshop, you will receive a marketing communications audit with suggestions and a top-level plan to move forward. Some of this plan might then be delivered by me, but some of it might be delivered by the team you already have in-house, guided by me. Once we get under the skin of what resource you’ve already got versus what you might need, we can then cost up the delivery of the plan.
